Sod 2′ X 5′ = 10 sf per roll Kennedy’s accepts pre-orders (online, phone, or in-store) for Sod. We typically select 2-3 popular weekends in the Spring & Fall to order sod so everyone can plan ahead. Sod deliveries often land at Kennedy’s on Saturday mornings to give you the weekend to lay it out. Sod orders must be made and paid typically by Wednesday morning to have sod reserved on the Saturday delivery of the same week. Occasionally we have extra pieces, but do not plan on it. If there is demand for more frequent deliveries, we will add them when we know we have enough to meet the delivery minimum of 50 pieces. That is why it is important to order ahead! Once a pre-order is made, clients will be contacted about their orders prior to pick-up. In the event of predicted rainy weekends, we may elect to delay the delivery 1 week. Any delay will be communicated to customers. Refunds are only issued when deliveries are cancelled and your sod is not delivered to Kennedy’s. You must alert us before sod orders are finalized to be eligible for a refund. Larger orders can be delivered direct to houses, business or job sites. Larger orders mean you can have input on the delivery date. 500 square feet = 50 or rolls = 1 pallet. 1 pallet is our delivery minimum. Separate delivery & pallet charges may apply.
