The optimal development of plants requires carbon dioxide, which in the air today is approx. 415 ppm. Recent experience has shown that at higher levels of carbon dioxide, plants develop faster and become more resistant to adverse environmental effects. The developing plants reach the developmental maximum at the level of 800-1100 ppm and the flowering plants at the level of 1100-1500 ppm. With this carbon dioxide level controller, you can precisely set the desired CO2 level, which is automatically controlled by the system. Thanks to the built-in sensor, the device detects evening and daytime hours, thanks to which it closes the Co2 dosing at night. Setting: Set the desired CO2 level on the unit between 400-2500 ppm using the left dial. In crop production, a carbon dioxide level of 1100-1600 ppm is recommended. Set the allowable range on the machine from 50-2500 ppm with the right dial. Recommended setting is 50-150 ppm. Function: Connect the appliance to the mains. Place the sensor towards the plants so that it is not exposed to water. Connect a solenoid valve with the appropriate amp to the CARBON-B1. The appliance needs 5 minutes to warm up. The readiness of the device is indicated by the flashing of the yellow and / or red LEDs: 1 red flash = 1000 ppm, 2 red flashes = 2000 ppm, 1 yellow flash = 100 ppm, 2 yellow flashes = 200 ppm and so on There is a green LED in the upper right corner, if it is lit, the device is in daytime setting. Between the yellow and red LEDs is a green LED indicating Co2 dosing.
